I RESOLUTION NO. 88-377
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSl
CALIFORNIA. ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF PURCHASE ORDERS FOR THE PURCHASE OF
VARIOUS SIZES OF WATER METERS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City
Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the bid of Rockwell International, 1632
Sierra Madre, Placentia, CA 92670, for Item #1 as showr
Exhibit "Att is hereby accepted, and the Purchasing Officer
hereby authorized to execute a Purchase Order for 2" Wi
meters in the amount of $38,400 plus tax.
2. That the bid of Kent Meters, Inc. , 953 1
Osceola,'Ocala FL 32670, for Item #2 as shown on Exhibit "j
is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer is he:
authorized to execute a Purchase Order for 4" turbines in
amount of $5,175 plus tax.
