RESOLUTION NO. 89-48
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING STAFF TO PURSUE TRANSPORTATION
DEVELOPMENT ACT FUNDING FROM SANDAG FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
BICYCLE LANES ON MONROE STREET.
5 WHEREAS, the City of Carl sbad has designated Monroe Street as a
6 route in the Circulation Element of the General PI an; and
7 WHEREAS, the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) has sf

from cities projects for the five-year Regional Transportation Imp
Program; and
10 WHEREAS, the Monroe Street bicycle lane has been included on the f
11 Regional Transportation Improvement Program; and
12 WHEREAS, the widening of 0.30 miles of Monroe Street southerly 0'
