RESOLUTION NO. 89-106
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE CARLSBAD LOCAL COASTAL PLAN AND THE LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN.
CASE NO: LCPA 88-2 & LFMP 6(A) APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD AND VON DER AHE
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on February 1,
hold a duly notice public hearing as prescribed by law to cor
an amendment to the Local Coastal Plan LCPA 87-3 and the
Facilities Management Plan 6(A); and
WHEREAS, the recommended Local Coastal Plan Amenc
to bring Local Coastal Plan designations into conformance wil
Carlsbad General Plan have been declared to have a nonsignij
impact on the environment and a Negative Declaration was ap]
by the City Council on March 21, 1989 in compliance wit
requirements of the City of Carlsbad Environmental Prott

that time received the recommendations, objections, protesl
comments of all hterested persons desiring to be heard: an(
WHEREAS:, the City Council, after considering all pr
changes to the Local Coastal Plan and the Local Faci
Management Plan, directed the City Attorney to return
appropriate docu~nents to allow the City Council to vote (
change individually as a part of one single amendment to the
Coastal Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad,, California, as follows:

and made a part hereof.
B. LFMP 6 (A) : To make a minor boundary amel
to the local facilities management plan - zone 6 as on Exhibi.
