RESOLUTION NO. 89-203
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED AND SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT FOR DRAINAGE EASEMENT PURPOSES AVIARA CT 85-35 PHASE I UNIT C OFFSITE, PR 3.2.27.
4 WHEREAS, Aviara Land Associates Limited Partnership has submitted a

Meridian in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of Californi 7
a portion of Section 26, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bern 6
Deed conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for Drainage purpose
8 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined
