A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE BID AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER FOR A SEWER/WET WELL CLEANER AND DIRECTING
CITY STAFF TO REQUEST PROPOSALS FROM LENDING
INSTITUTIONS FOR A LEASE PURCHASE CONTRACT
7 WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for tht
8 sewer/wet well cleaner; and
9 WHEREAS, the lease purchase of the sewer/wet we1 1 cleaner i I
10 advantageous to the City of Carlsbad.
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City 0'

Carlsbad, California, as follows:
the amount of $130,688.00 plus tax. 17'
authorized to execute a Purchase Order for the sewer/wet well cleaner it 16
Pornona, CA 91768, is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer is hereb: 15

5 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
6 Council of City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 10th day of
