A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN 7.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl sbad did on th(
day of October, 1989, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed '
to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consideri

Planning Commission Resolution No. 2936 granting Planning Commission ap
of said Negative Declaration; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved by the City Council
City of Carl sbad, Cal ifornia as follows:
1) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
2) That the Negative Declaration issued by the Planning Direc August 19, 1988 was prepared in compliance with the Cali Environmental Qual i fy Act and Title 19 of the Carl sbad Mun Code.
3) That there is no substantial evidence that the proje conditioned may have a significant effect on the environmeni
4) That the City Council of the City of Carl sbad incorporates in1 resolution Planning Commission Resolution No. 2936 inc findings contained therein.
