RESOLUTION NO. 90-81
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THE
3312 INTO THE GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT. C.H.S. TENNIS COURT LIGHTING PROJECT ACCOUNT NO. 001-820-1821-

the Carlsbad High School tennis facility; and 7
WHEREAS, the City Council has completed the installation of light:
WHEREAS, this complex will now provide nine (9) tennis courts
10 WHEREAS, the cost of said improvements is less than the amount of tc
XI. funds available for the project;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council has accepted the lighting of the Carls
l6 High School tennis courts as complete.

4. That the Finance Director is authorized to close the proj 19
