RESOLUTION NO. 90-121
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, EXPRESSING THE COUNCIL'S INTENTION TO ADOPT THE FINAL SENSITIVE LANDS RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE SAN DIEGO ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS.

WHEREAS, other San Diego jurisdictions have also recogn:

adoption of policies, ordinances and procedures; and
WHEREAS, the San Diego Association of Governments
preparing revisions to the Regional Open Space Plan, incluc
recommendations intended as a major step toward the creatiol
