A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING AND
DESIGNATING A CERTAIN PART OF SAID CITY AS
UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 11 AND MAKING
ORDERS IN REGARD THERETO
WHEREAS, on April 17, 1990, the City Council of the Ci
