RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING MASTER PLAN 177 (C) TO AMEND EXISTING MASTER PLAN 177 TO REVISE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS AND USE ALLOCATIONS FOR COMMERCIAL PLANNING AREAS 1, 2, 10 AND 11 ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF
BATIQUITOS LAGOON BETWEEN 1-5 AND EL CAMINO REAL.

6 WHEREAS, on April, 4, 1990 the Carlsbad Planning Commiss
7 adopted Resolution No. 3002 recommending approval of an amendn
8 to MP-177; and

11 approval by the Planning Commission on April 4, 1990.
12 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on L
13 5, 1990 held a public hearing to consider the recommendations
14 heard all persons interested in or opposed to Master I
15 Amendment MP-177 (C) : and

WHEREAS, a Notice of Prior Compliance has been issued
the Planning Director on March 14, 1990, and recommended
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Cour
of the City of Carlsbad, California, as fol.lows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
19 2- That the findings and conditions of the Planning Commisz
Resolution No. 3002, on file with the City Clerk
incorporated herein by reference constitute the finding:
the City Council in this matter and that the Notice
Prior Compliance, and the amendment to Master Plan 177
hereby approved.
