WHEREAS, the City Council approved funding for Cultural Resource Survey conducted for the entire City' jurisdiction; and WHEREAS, the Cultural Resource Survey was conducte City-wide in an effort to identify sites that have potentir historic significance; and WHEREAS, the Cultural Resource Survey identified 3; sites of potential historic significance; and WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commission hz received and approved the Cultural Resource Survey report; ai WHEREAS8 the Cityls Historic Preservation Ordinanc provides for City Council adoption of a City of Carlsbi Historic Resource Inventory; and WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commission recommenc the adoption of the Cultural Resource Survey report as tl City of Carlsbadls Historic Resource Inventory. NOW8 THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Ci. Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct 2.
