RESOLUTTON NO. 91-134
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD,CALIFORNIA, SELECTING SPECIFIC PROJECTS FOE
FUNDING UNDER THE 1991-92 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOC
GRANT PROGRAM ~
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a public hearing held on April 23, 1991 an
at a public meet.ing held on May 7, 1991, considered the
City’s 1991-92 Community Development Block Grant Entitlem
Program; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has taken all testimony in
account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the projects selected at the City Council rneetir of May 7, 1991, as shown on attached Exhibit A, are hereby approved for inclusion in Carlsbad’s 1991-92 Community Development Block Grant Final Statement for federal fLnding.
That the City will publish a sumnary of the proposed
projects in the local newspaper(s) and allow a fiftec
(15) day public review ana comment period prior to submitting the City’s Final Statement to the United
States Department of Housing and Urban Development fc
approval.
4. That the City Manager is authorized to submit the Fir
Statement kc the U.S Department of I-iousing and Urban Development for approval upon expiration of the publi rev i ew and comrnent per i oci s
