RESOLUTION NO. 91-360
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A LICENSE AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE ATCHISON,
TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
THE HOME PLANT PUMP STATION AND FORCE MAIN PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby res
follows:
1. A License Agreement between the City of Carlsbad and the AI
Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company for construction of the Home Pla
Station and Force Main is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and (
to execute such agreement for and on behalf of the City of Carlsbad. Fc
the execution of this agreement, the City Clerk is authorized and din
return the "Santa Fe Original" copy of this agreement to the Municipal I
Department for further processing.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlst
Council held on the 5th day of November , 1991 by the followii
to wit:
