A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING
AN EXITENSION OF THE EXISTING LEASE WITH
PALOMAR 910 ASSOCIATES, LTD. FOR SUITE
C LOCATED AT 6351 YARROW DRIVE,
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad, California has determined the need to provic
warehouse space for record and non-record storage;
WHEREAS, after negotiating with the managing partner of the property ar
securing an extension of the lease period, a reduction in the rental rate and varioi
tenant improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City 1
Carlsbad, California as follows:

That the modification to the Lease Agreement between the City
Carlsbad and Palomar 910 Associates, Ltd. attached hereto as Exhi€
A is hereby approved.

Dear Mrs. Fletcher:
I hereby offer you a new propo5al. for a three year extension to
our current lease, which is referenced above. This proposal is
proposals dated August 27 and September 23, 1991.

b. The rental rate increase to $3,415 per month now schedulec
to begin October 1, 1991 and to remain in effect until
September 30, 1??2 is tu be cancelled. The rental rate for
that period shall be reduced by 9365 to a new rate of only
$3,050 per month. Rny increases for that period which the
City may have paid prior to approval of this proposed change.

shall be $3,050 per month. The net result of this paragraph
and the one above is that the base rent beginning October 31.

d. On October 1, 1991 the security deposit shall be reduced
to $3,050.
