A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE FOUNDATION FOR CARLSBAD COMMUNITY CABLE TELEVISION.
WHEREAS, the term of Fred Morey expires on January, 31, 1992;
