A RESOLUTION OF THE CIN COUNCIL OF THE
ClN OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA STATE
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION AND THE
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR MAINTAINING FREE
PARKING AT THE CARLSBAD STATE BEACH
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby
8 resolve as follows:

7. That the affached agreement regarding day use parking fees at
Carlsbad State Beach is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and 12
13 directed to execute this agreement for and on behalf of the City of Carlsbad.

$78,000 dollars from the Contingency Fund to the State of California 15
3. That the City Council approves and authorizes the disbursement of
Department of Parks and Recreation to fund this agreement. l6
I? I1 4. This resolution shall not act in any way, or be deemed to be, a
18 11 /I waiver of any of the City’s rights or abilities to obtain or pursue legal, 19

21 parking fees.
