WHEREAS, Section 34090 of the Government Code provides authority fc 5 6 destruction of certain records; WHEREAS, the documents listed on Exhibit "Att, attached hereto and made ; 7 hereof, meet the requirements of Government Code Section 34090 for destruction a a 9 City Attorney has consented to their destruction. 10 NOW, THEREFORE7 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Car 11 California, as follows: 12 13 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2.
