RESOLUTION NO. 92-114
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING AN ADDITIONAL
APPROPRIATION OF $34,212 TO CAPITAL PROJECTS NO.
3731, 3732 AND 3739.
4 WHEREAS, the City’s Engineering Department has determined that a supplemer
5 appropriation of $34,212 is needed to complete the Oak Avenue, Grand Avenue and Chest

Street improvements, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be in
public’s interest to complete said improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsk
California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
13 II 2. That sufficient funds are available in the City’s Local Street Upgrade Prog

3. That the monies from the Local Street Upgrade Program account will be I

4. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to approve individual construc 17
contract amount budgeted as construction contingency in Agenda Bill No. 11,492.

5. That the Finance Department is hereby authorized to transfer Traffic In
Fees in the amount $34,212 from the Local Street Upgrade Program Account to Oak Avt
