A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR LOCAL FACILITIES
MANAGEMENT PLAN 13.
5 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad did on the 23rd day of 1
6 June , 1992, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to I
7 // consider said request; and I

WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and
lo /j arguments, examining the initial study, analyzing the information submitted by staff, 1

granting Planning Commission approval of said Negative Declaration; and l3
relating to the Negative Declaration including Planning Commission Resolution No. 3244 12
and considering any written comments received, the City Council considered all factors
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Negative Declaration issued by the Planning Director on May 2,
1991, was prepared in compliance with the California Environmental
Quality Act and Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code.
20 3. That there is no substantial evidence that the project as conditioned may
21 have a significant effect on the environment.

4. That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad incorporates into this
resolution Planning Commission Resolution No. 3244 including findings
contained therein.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 23rd day of June , 1992,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Larson, Stanton, and Nygaard
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Kulchin
