RESOLUTION NO. 92-315
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
THE RELEASE AND AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ANDEN GROUP AND
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
WHEREAS, on recommendation of the City Attorney the City Council o
