A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBA
CALIFORNIA, WITHDRAWING AN APPLICATION FOR ROBERl
Z’BERG-HARRIS GRANT FUNDING FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF
BARBECUE FACILITY, APPROVING A PHASED-DEVELOPMENT PLk
FOR ACTIVITY PLAY FIELDS AT AVIARA OAKS MIDDLE SCHOO

AVIARA OAKS MIDDLE SCHOOL ACTIVITY PLAY FIELDS
WHEREAS, in April of 1990, the City Council authorized the submittal of
application to the California Department of Parks and Recreation for the use
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR USE OF ROBERTI-Z’BERI

WHEREAS, the California Department of Parks and Recreation approved t 13
Roberti-Z’Berg-Harris Grant funds to construct a barbecue facility, and
WHEREAS, all bids received exceeded the amount of state grant funds a
19 the required local match necessary in order to construct the barbecue facility, a
WHEREAS, the City Council directed staff to investigate other possible us
