A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME
SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
FOR TENTATIVE MAP NO. CT 85-21/LCDP 85-3/PARK VIEW EAST

WHEREAS, the Citywide Facilities District was finalized on June 13, 1991 ,and
WHEREAS, Tentative Map No. Ct 85-21/LCDP 85-3 would have expired as a

WHEREAS, the applicant is diligently pursuing those acts required to obtain a

WHEREAS, the applicant has consented to the imposition of such condition:

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of

3. That Tentative Map No. Ct 85-21lLCDP 85-3 is hereby extended for one
June 13, 1994 subject to all of the original conditions approval and the following
conditions:
A. The applicant shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City and
officers, and employees from any claim, action or proceeding against 1
its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set aside, void or null an a

B. The applicant shall comply with the City's requirements of the Nationa
Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. The applicant shall pr,
