RESOLUTION NO. 94-8
3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
DIRECTING THE CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY INTERE
IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND DECLARING
PUBLIC NECESSITY THEREOF.

WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of Califo

9 WHEREAS, the project requires the acquisition of certain real property; an1

WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad may exercise the right of eminent domain fo 11
12 acquisition of real property for the project pursuant to California Government C
13 Sections 37350 and 37350.5; and
14 WHEREAS, the plans for the project in the City of Carlsbad are on file with
