A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING STREET IMPROVEMENT ON LAGUNDA
DRIVE BETWEEN STATE STREET AND JEFFERSON STREET AS
COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the construction of improvements to Laguna Drive between State Stree
Jefferson Street, Project No. 3001 , has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That construction of Laguna Drive improvements, specifically identified as Projec
3001 , is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to ex(
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That the Financial Management Director is hereby authorized and directed to 1
the project accounts upon payment of all final claims and costs.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Co
held on the 8th day of ~CH , 1994 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Stanton, Kulchin, Nygaard, Finnila

ABSENT: None
