RESOLUTION NO. 94-328
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE STATE AND
LOCAL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 012 PROVIDING FUNDING FOR REPLACEMENT AND WIDENING OF SIDEWALKS IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
WHEREAS, the City and State have previously entered into State and Local Partn
Program Master Agreement No. SLTPP-5308; and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has applied for and been gl
State and Local Transportation Partnership Program (SLTPP) funding for the following PI
Widening and installation of sidewalks.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that receipt of supplemental funding is beneficial
transportation system for both the State and City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Car
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council authorizes the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreeme
to the State and Local Partnership Agreement SLTPP-5308.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City C
held on the 20th day of DECEMBER , 1994 by the following vote, to Wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
