A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP AND PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT FOR A 52 LOT SUBDIVISION
CONSISTING'OF ONE PRIVATE STREET LOT, ONE
OPEN SPACE LOT AND 50 RESIDENTIAL LOTS TO
ACCOMMODATE 50 DETACHED SINGLE FAMILY
HOMES ON 5,000 SQUARE FOOT MINIMUM SIZED
POINSETTIA SHORES MASTER PLAN LOCATED
NORTH OF BATIQUITOS LAGOON, IN THE COASTAL
ZONE IN LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 9.
