RESOLUTION NO. 95-321
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION,
CONSTRUCTION AND FINANCING OF CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
5 WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CARL
