RESOLUTION NO. 95-335
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
FOR LEGAL SERVICES WITH THE LAW FIRM OF BROWN,
DIVEN & HENTSCHKE FOR THE COLLECTION OF
DELINQUENT ASSESSMENTS AND SPECIAL TAXES AND
AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
Whereas the City Council of the City of C;
California, does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That certain agreement for legal services i
law firm of Brown, Diven & Hentschke for the collec
delinquent assessments and special taxes is hereby approvc
2. There are sufficient resources in the City’s
fund to pay for these services.
