RESOLUTION NO. 96-75
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE GARFIELD
ST. STREET LIGHTS, PROJECT NO. 3464 AS COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, construction of the Garfield St. Street Lights on Garfield St. ha:
satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ca
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That construction of, the Garfield St. Street Lights, specifically identified as Proji
3464, is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to e
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That bonds shall be released in accordance with State Law and City Ordinanc
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City (
held onthe 5th day of MARCH e 1996 by the following vote,
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Finnila, Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Kulchin
