RESOLUTION NO. 96-118
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A MITIGATED
NEGATIVE DECLARATION WITH A MITIGATION
MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM, TENTATIVE
MAP, SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN, AND HILLSIDE
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO SUBDIVIDE THE PROPERTY
AND PROVIDE 9 SECOND DWELLING UNITS, AND DEED
LOW INCOME HOUSEHOLDS, ALL ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF PASEO DEL NORTE,
NORTH OF CAMINO DE LAS ONDAS AND SOUTH OF
PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD, WITHIN SPECIFIC PLAN 203
AND LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN ZONE 20.

WHEREAS, on January 17, 1996 the Planning Commission held a (
noticed public hearing to consider a Mitigated Negative Declaration with a h4itiga
Monitoring and Reporting Program , Tentative Map (CT 95-03), Site Development t
(SDP 95-06), and Hillside Development Permit (HDP 95-06) for project developmeni

WHEREAS, on February 8, 1996 the Housing Commission held a d
noticed public hearing to also consider the project and adopted Housing Commiss
Resolution No. 96-002, recommending to the City Council that it be approved; i
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the 2nd (

2. That the Mitigated Negative Declaration and the Mitigation Monitoring
Reporting Program on the above referenced project is approved, and
the findings and conditions of the Planning Commission containe
Planning Commission Resolution No. 3879 and, on file with the City C
and incorporated herein by reference, are the findings and conditior
