RESOLUTION NO. 96-159
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
CALIFORNIA, CALIFORNIA APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 014 TO STATE ANC
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM AGREEMENT NO.-530€
WHEREAS, the Clty and State have previously entered into State and Local Transp
Partnership Program Master Agreement No. SLTPP-5308; and
WHEREAS, the City has applied for and been granted approval for the street
program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that receipt to supplemental funding is beneficiz
transportation system for both the City and the State.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council hereby approves Program Supplement No. 01 4 to the St,
Local Transportation Partnership Agreement SLTPP-5308.
3. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute documents for P
Supplement No. 014.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City C
held on the 7th day of MAY , 1996 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Lewis
