RESOLUTION NO. 96-274
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REFERRING THE ISSUE OF
FORMATION OF A SKATEBOARD COMMITTEE TO
STUDY AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING
FEASIBLE SITES, DESIGNS, AND ESTIMATED COSTS
OWNED SKATEBOARD FACILITY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad desires to

alternatives of providing a City-owned skateboard facility for use by City resid!

2. That the matter will be referred to the Parks and Rec,
Commission for recommendations as to a proposed seven-member vol
committee whose task shall be to study and make recommendations through the
and Recreation Commission regarding suitable locations, design, estimated co
