RESOLUTION NO. 96-318
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLS BAD, CALIFORNIA AUTH ORlZl NG THE
DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS KEPT BY THE
CITY ATTORNEY.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad resolves:
1. That pursuant to Section 34090 of the Government Code, tt
Attorney is authorized to destroy records over two years old as shown on Exhibit “A”.
2. This resolution shall not authorize the destruction of any record wh
City Attorney deems is necessary for the ongoing or current activity of the office of tl
Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of tt
Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 1st day of October 1996, by the fol
vote, to wit:
