RESOLUTION NO. 9 6 - 3 6 O
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN FILES IN THE CITY CLERKS DEPT.
WHEREAS, Section 34090 of the Government Code provides authority for the destrucl
certain records;
WHEREAS, the documents listed on Attachment =A, attached hereto and made i
hereof, meet the requirements of Government Code Section 34090 for destruction and tht
Attorney has consented to their destruction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Calif
as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to destroy the documents listed on Attachmen
attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the C
Carlsbad on the 5th day of NOVEMBER 1996, by the following vote, to wit:
