The City Council of the City of Carlsbad resolves: 1. That pursuant to Section 34090 of 4 Government Code, the City Attorney’s office is authorized destroy records over two years old as shown in Exhibit )IAI1. 2. This resolution shall not authorize 1 destruction of any record which is necessary for the ongoi or current activity of the City Attorney’s office.
