A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NOS. 018 AND 019 TO STATE AND LOCAL TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS. PROGRAM MASTER AGREEMENT NO. SLTPP-5308 AND
WHEREAS, the City and State have previously entered into State and
Transportation Partnership Program Master Agreement No. SLTPP-5308; and
WHEREAS, the City has applied for and been granted approval for the Valley, M'
and Chestnut street widening and Avenida Encinas street widening and extension; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that receipt of this supplemental funding is bene
the transportation system for both the City and the State.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of G
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council hereby approves Program Supplement Nos. 018 and 01
State and Local Transportation Partnership Agreement SLTPP-5308.
3. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute documents for F
Supplement Nos. 018 and 019.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
held on the 3rd day of December , 1996 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Hall and Finnila
