RESOLUTION NO. 97-46
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE
DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS KEPT BY THE
CITY ATORNEY.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad resolves:
1. That pursuant to Section 34090 of the Government Code, the
Attorney is authorized to destroy records over two years old as shown on Exhibit "A.
2. This resolution shall not authorize the destruction of any record v1
the City Attorney deems is necessary for the ongoing or current activity of the ofice c
City Attorney.
I PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the
Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 4th day of February 1996, by the folk
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Nygaard, and Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Kulchin
