RESOLUTION NO. 97-540
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARL, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION, RELEASE BONDS DIRECT THE COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO COMM MAINTAINING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED SOUTH OF A\ PARKWAY AT IT’S INTERSECTION WITH KESTREL DRIVE (AVIARA PA 25, CT
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of installation of street improver

storm drains, sewer and street lights, in the City of Carlsbad, California has been succe:
completed.
a NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl

complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to re
the Notice of Completion for said project and release the bonds in accordance with State
and City Ordinances.
