WHEREAS, Section 34090 of the Government Code provides authority for the destruction o certain records; WHEREAS, the documents listed on Attachment "A", attached hereto and made a par hereof, meet the requirements of Government Code Section 34090 for destruction and the Cit Attorney has consented to their destruction. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to destroy the documents listed on Attachmen. "A", attached hereto. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the Citl of Carlsbad on the 28th day of October , 1997, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Nyga NOES: None ABSENT: None ATTEST: ALETHA L.
