RESOLUTION NO. 98-180
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING DONATIONS OF MERCHANDISE AND FINANCIAL
CONTRIBUTIONS VALUING A TOTAL OF ONE THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS ($1,620) IN SUPPORT OF THE
RECREATION OPPORTUNITY GRANTS PROGRAM, THE YOUTH
TRACK TRAINING CLINIC, AND THE STAY ‘N’ PLAY PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the Recreation Opportunity Grants program began the week of Jur

10 WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission has received donations

the generosity and support of community vendors and organizations who donated 1
these programs.
2o I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
21 Carlsbad, California, the following:
22 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
23 II 2. That the City Council does hereby accept the merchandise and financi, 24

support totaling one thousand six hundred twenty dollars ($1,620).
