RESOLUTION NO. 99-3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN FILES IN THE CITY CLERK’S DEPT.
WHEREAS, Section 34090 of the Government Code provides authority for the destructic
certain records;
WHEREAS, the documents listed on Attachment “A“, attached hereto and made a
hereof, meet the requirements of Government Code Section 34090 for destruction and the
Attorney has consented to their destruction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl:
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to destroy the documents listed on Attach
“A”, attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the
of Carlsbad on the 5 th day of January , 1999, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Finnila, Hall & Kulchin
