RESOLUTION NO. 99-30
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A NEGATIVE
DECLARATION AND A LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
PLAN AMENDMENT FOR ZONE 8 WHICH INCLUDES A
FINANCE PLAN.
CASE NAME: KELLY RANCH
CASE NO.: LFMP 87-08(A)
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby re
follows:
WHEREAS, on December 21, 1988, the City Council approved t
Facilities Management Plan for Zone 8; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the Negative Declar
Local Facilities Management Plan Amendment on December 16, 1998; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission adopted Planning Commission F
No. 4444 recommending approval of the Negative Declaration and Planning Co
Resolution No. 4443 recommending that the City Council approve LFMP 87-08(A).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of th
Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Negative Declaration and amendment to LFMP Zone 8 i
approved as described in ZONE 8 LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN KELL\
AREA “E” AMENDMENT: Proposed Amendment to Parks Facilities, Circulation
Sewer Collection Facilities, Water Facilities dated December 3, 1998 and ZONE
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN KELLY RANCH AREA “E” AMENDMENT: Finan
dated September 24, 1998.
