RESOLUTION NO. 2000-81
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTK
FOR BIDS TO PROVIDE A COMPUTERIZED MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, SCOPE-OF-WORK
SYSTEM FOR FACILITIES MAINTENANCE CONTACT NO. FACOO-01
WHEREAS, the contract documents, scope-of-work and specifications for
implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for Facilii
8 Maintenance, Contract No. FACOO-01 have been prepared and are on file in the Pul
9 WorkdGeneral Services and are incorporated by reference herein; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb; 11
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available for this project in the General Fund budget.
12 California, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the contract documents, special provisions and specifications on file :
15 hereby approved.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed
proceed to publish, in accordance with law, Notice Inviting Bids for the work of said contr:
documents, special provisions and specifications.
