RESOLUTION NO. 2000-146
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A QUITCLAIM OF
EXISTING PEDESTRIAN ACCESS EASEMENT, PR 99-87 .

WHEREAS, La Costa Valley Master Association has submitted a request for quitclain
5 pedestrian access easement over a portion of Lot 479, Map 13386; and
6 WHEREAS, replacement easements have been dedicated by La Costa Valley Ma
7 Association rendering the original easement dedicated per said Map 13386 obsolete; and
8 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be in the p~
9 interest to quitclaim said easement; and
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb
11 California, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying pedestrian access easement over a portior
Lot 479 of Map 13386 of Carlsbad Tract No. 88-03-2, to La Costa Valley Master Associatil
which is on file with the City Clerk and is incorporated by this reference; is approved.

Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the original Quitclaim Deed to be released to the propc
