CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A REQUEST TO RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PREPARE AN AMENDMENT TO THE LOCAL FACILITIES . . ~~~ ~ ~~ ~~
MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR ZONE 15.

,Ive as The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby resc
follows:
WHEREAS, Carlsbad Municipal Code Section 21.90.120 specifies the
procedures for preparation of a Local Facilities Management Plan when joint submission by all
property owners is not feasible; and
WHEREAS, there are nineteen property owners within the boundaries of Zone
15; and
WHEREAS, there is not unanimous consent among the property owners in Zone
15 for preparation of the plan amendment; and
WHEREAS, Ladwig Design Group, agent for the Cantarini Ranch and Holly
Springs developments has formally petitioned the City Council to authorize preparation of an
amendment to the Zone 15 Local Facilities Management Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The City Council authorizes Ladwig Design Group to prepare the amendment
to the Zone 15 Local Facilities Management Plan.
