RESOLUTION NO. 2004-306
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING DONATIONS OF $1,910 IN CASH IN SUPPORT
OF THE CARRILLO RANCH TRUST FUND, LEO CARRILLO RANCH
HISTORIC PARK.
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the donations of cash donations totaling
$1,910 in support of the Carrillo Ranch Trust Fund, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to acknowledge the generosity and support of
individuals, groups, organizations, and anonymous contributors that donated to the Trust ; and
WHEREAS, on August 16,2004 the Parks and Recreation Commission received individual
donations totaling $1,9 10 and recommended acceptance by the Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council does hereby accept $1,910 in cash.
3. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Finance Director to appropriate the above funds, into the
following account: $1,910 into the Carrillo Ranch Trust Fund, account #1494504-5651.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council held on
the 28th dayof September ,2004 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall and Packard.
