WHEREAS, the term of Michael Pfankuch expired in January, 2005, and Mr. Pfankuch
6 did not wish to be reappointed to the Carlsbad Community Television Foundation; leaving a

8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE CARLSBAD COMMUNITY TELEVISION FOUNDATION
vacancy in a term expiring in January, 2009;
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
Carlsbad Community Television Foundation to fill a term expiring in January, 2009.
