HomeMy WebLinkAbout2007-12-04; City Council; Resolution 2007-3051 RESOLUTION NO. 2007-305 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $557.25 FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH CARLSBAD 4 CHRISTMAS BUREAU. 5 WHEREAS, Carlsbad Christmas Bureau has requested the waiver of fees and costs 6 associated with service for the Carlsbad Christmas Bureau; and 7 WHEREAS, staff determined the Special Event Application fee and Streets Department 8 traffic control equipment and labor are necessary to assist with the Carlsbad Christmas Bureau; 9 and 10 WHEREAS, staff determined the cost of providing the Special Event Permit and Streets Department traffic control equipment and labor for the Carlsbad Christmas Bureau is $557.25. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, as follows:13 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 14 2. That the City Council elects to appropriate the funds requested. 15 3.
