RESOLUTION NO. 2008-016

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONTRACT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE ON-SITE WETLAND MITIGATION
4 RESTORATION FOR RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD NORTH,
PROJECT NO. 3907 AS COMPLETE.

WHEREAS, the construction of the On-site Wetland Mitigation Restoration for Rancho
6
Santa Fe Road North has been completed to the City's satisfaction by Natures Image, Inc. on
November 30, 2007; and
8
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
9
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:12
. 3 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
14 2. That the On-site Wetland Mitigation Restoration for Rancho Santa Fe Road North
15 project, specifically identified as Project No. 3907, is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by
•I Q the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
17 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
18 execute and record the Notice of Completion for the On-site Wetland Mitigation Restoration for
19 Rancho Santa Fe Road North, Project No. 3907.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 22nd day of January, 2008, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard and Nygaard.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
