A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONTRACT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE 2009 PAVEMENT OVERLAY,
4 PROJECT NO. 6001-09OL, AS COMPLETE.
5 WHEREAS, the construction of the 2009 Pavement Overlay, Project No. 6001-09OL,
6 has been completed to the City's satisfaction by All American Asphalt on April 1, 2010; and
7 WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
8 WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
10 California, as follows:
11 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
1 ?2. That the 2009 Pavement Overlay, specifically identified as
13 Project No. 6001- 09OL is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the City Council of the
14 City of Carlsbad.
15 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
16 execute and record the Notice of Completion for the 2009 Pavement Overlay,
17 Project No. 6001-09OL

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 27th day of April, 2010, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Kulchin, Hall, Packard and Blackburn.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Mayor Lewis
